The hotel was in a convenient location close enough to the WWI battlefields, cemetery, and monuments as well as excellent restaurant. Plus it was 10 mins drive from Lac Vert.

The place exceeded my high expectations and the staff at the reception were amicable and pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was small but clean and comfortable, with a great size and immaculate en-suite. The bed was really comfortable, and blackout blinds ensured a good night's sleep. We loved the convenience of parking directly in front of our room. The hotel's location near the river was a plus, as it provided a beautiful setting for walks and relaxation. Additionally, we were pleased to find that there were three restaurants within walking distance in the nearby village. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the manager's ability to speak English fluently, which made communication much easier. this hotel provided great value for money and we would highly recommend it to others.

The team here is so nice, and the continental breakfast is amazing.

The room here was well heated, spacious, had a nice bathroom, air conditioning, a work desk, and a television.

We had a wonderful stay at Fasthotel Le Rale Des Genets. the proprietors were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even gave us a great recommendation for dinner at a nearby French restaurant, which turned out to be fantastic. the management, including the English-speaking manager, made our stay a pure pleasure. the room was large, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed a lovely buffet breakfast. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the beautiful area, especially the World War battle sites around Verdun. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the region.

The air conditioning in the twin room was a great relief on hot days. Having satellite TV in the twin room was a nice touch for some entertainment. The soundproofing in the room ensured a peaceful and quiet sleep. It was ideal for two adults, providing enough space and comfort.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the lack of a bathtub in the bathroom.
